Founded by Harry Sirkin in 1925 in Jamaica, New York, Sirkin Enterprises has been building and developing land subdivisions, homes, offices, hotels, apartments, shopping centers, multi-use properties and agricultural lands. Sirkin Enterprises, a family owned construction and real estate business, is composed of several operating companies now managed by Alan Sirkin, a registered professional engineer and general contractor.

Alan has expertise in civil engineering design, planning, permitting, environmental design, construction and construction management. Besides our investment portfolio of property ownership and management, the company specializes in engineering, construction and project management. With over 30 years of experience, Alan serves as a construction arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and has completed the Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediation training program. He also serves as the chair of the University of Miami College of Engineering Industry Advisory Board for Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering.
